Sautéed Kale

Don’t let the simplicity of this dish fool you! It blends kale, with its high lutein and zeaxanthin content with omega-3 rich canola oil.

3 tablespoons canola oil
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
100g (4 oz) breadcrumbs
400g (14 oz) kale, shredded


  1. Heat oil over medium high heat in a large frying pan. Add onions and garlic; cook and stir until soft.
  2. Mix in breadcrumbs, and cook and stir until brown.
  3. Stir in kale, and cook until wilted. Serve hot or warm.
